However, within a couple minutes, the technician realized that all the fix needed was a new battery and asked for $150 to replace batteries (which I provided). He asked for being able to diagnose battery replacement as his skills. They helped resolve so I give them two stars but i felt that I was cheated and held to pay more than a reasonable price. Professional, courteous, and skilled at his job.Hongye Sun21:18 09 Jan 24Nathan came in and trouble shot the issue within 5 mins then he figured out it’s the wire connection problem what caused the fireplace not working properly. He spent another 5-10 mins to fix it and the fireplace then works back to normal. It was pretty efficient and accurate problem solving, I like that and would like to recommend him to whoever needs the help.
