Danny arrived 30 minutes later and stayed until about 10pm because he was so committed to fixing the unit, on a Saturday night in extreme July heat. Hyde's A/C, and Thor, our technician, were beyond wonderful. We had an air conditioning failure on a weekend; our regular service company couldn't come out for 3 days; Hyde's came thru for us on a Sunday, and we will now be a regular customer. Today I had a whole new A/C installed. Luis and Adrian were so professional. Luis came in covered the floors and covered all my clothes keeping everything clean. Luis did everything in the attic while Adrian installed the outside unit. The install went quickly… our home didn’t even get hot! PB mechanical is by far the best HVAC I have worked with. The owner, Steve did an inspection of my equipment, cleaned who knows how much dust and dirt out of my HVAC unit on my roof and ordered new filters for my house since I didn’t have the right one. He and his staff are courteous, respectful, and timely. They are always looking to educate and utilize what is present and cost effective for you, rather than trying to sell new equipment unless it is absolutely necessary.

Timo’s just installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. The service I received was excellent. I interviewed several different companies and after about five minutes chatting with Miguel, I knew I was going to go with Timo’s. He was so knowledgeable and very professional. It was big purchase for me and while their prices were competitive, they were less than some of the other companies I had talked with. The guys that came to do the install were SO nice, professional and very careful in my home as it was just remodeled and I was worried that the floors and walls could get damaged.
