Siscotech is my hero! Our furnace collapsed when I was babysitting our 6 month old grandson for a few days this winter. The Siscotech team located and installed a new furnace the day before Christmas. And the bill for the team’s amazing work was much less than we expected. This summer the team installed “splits” throughout our home. They guided us through every phase of the job— answering all questions and even filing our rebate documents for us with the state! Owner Brian is a smart, fair guy. He treats both Clients and his workers with respect. And his office manager Cory brings it all together seamlessly.

I have always burned wood for my main heat. I had a heart attack in April and was forced to stop burning wood. I looked at different types of heating systems and was drawn to the mini splits. I have been a customer of National Heating and Air Conditioning for several years. One of their technicians, Jeff, has done most of my routine maintenance and is always professional, very knowledgeable, personable and usually arrives early! He recently installed a new motor in my Heat pump and did a great job. This was during a period of 100 degree weather. He identified the trouble, ordered the motor, and arranged delivery during the time he was working on the unit the next day. I had not expected to find relief from the heat so quickly. Thanks, Jeff! Even let us borrow heaters to help keep our house warm until we could get the new heating system installed. Use excellent products and everyone from repairer, estimator, office staff and the installers were all awesome. I have had National Heating and Air Conditioning technicians out to my home in Ashland, OR twice this summer. First to do an initial inspection and service on my air conditioner. A couple of months later my HVAC fan motor needed replacement. Both times they responded promptly and they were knowledgeable. Each time they understood what I wanted and took care of it quickly. Bill from Akian Plumbing was extremely professional, friendly, responsive, and service oriented. He arrived on time in a mask, gloves, and booties. He immediately diagnosed the issue with our toilet, carried out the repair quickly and expertly for a reasonable price, and then checked in on any other issues we might have while he was there.
