My furnace stopped running properly at 11pm on a night when the temperature was going down below zero and expected to go several degrees lower. I called Bower as they had put my furnace in. A young man named Chris came within a 1/2 hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and was done within 15 minutes. The one thing that was MOST notable, he was so very, very sick with a cold but he did not complain. He was courteous and polite.

We submitted a service request late saturday night when our a/c went out. I received a call first thing monday morning at 7:30a. Josh came out 30 minutes later and diagnosed our issue. Legit saved our Independence Day Wknd - a/c went out on the 3rd mid day, and the house was 87 inside by the time we got home. Called around 5pm and Darryl was at the house a few hours later.
