Called Friday morning after our central air stopped working overnight. The first place we called said next week, but it was already up to 80 degrees. That was on our second floor, not outside! Proactive said no problem, between 10 & 2 same day, and their guy arrived at 10:10 AM, after we had received an email including his photo, confirming our appt. All Seasons recently replaced my furnace with a high efficiency Carrier Infinity unit and multi-stage AC with multi-zone control. Having received quotes from 1/2 a dozen other HVAC companies, I found All Seasons quote/estimate to be very competitive and their sale rep Rick to be very knowledgable and personable. I was scheduled two weeks out and the install took 3 days due to the extensive work involved in retrofitting our existing ducting. The installers Nick and Jacob were very professional and polite as they worked in and out of our home. I was also please to see the owner Dave there to personally do the electrical install and oversee part of the install. They were all very skilled and knowledgable, patiently taking as much time as needed to answer my questions and address concerns. When the work was completed, I was extremely happy with the installed system and quality of their work. Will continue to use All Seasons to service my system and will recommend them to friends and family. Great work guys!

We have had a great experience with Eco Air. We had used two other PTAC companies to service our PTACS and did not have good experiences so were a little wary when Eco Air came to look at our units. The previous companies were unable to identify why our units were rattling and not maintaining the proper temperature. We were able to easily schedule an appointment and when Jimmy came it was clear that he knew the units inside and out and very quickly identified the problem. He was also able to suggest solutions to help us maintain the temperatures in our rooms including using a digital thermometer. I appreciated that Jimmy was honest and told us the pros and cons of the different options. They followed up after the visit via email and kept us updated on when we could expect the parts to come in and the follow-up visit. We also had them service our PTAC units for the spring cleaning and unlike the prior company we used that did a bare minimum cleaning, Eco Air properly removed the units and thoroughly cleaned them out and the technicians checked to make sure that they were working properly after the cleaning. When we noticed a rattling noise coming from one of them, they quickly sent a tech out who was able to fix the problem. We were so happy with their service that we have recommended them to our neighbors and they have become our buildings PTAC service providers. I was sent an invoice and the costs were exactly what we were told up front before scheduling the appointment which I appreciated as there were no hidden or additional charges. They even sent us a detailed estimate before conducting any work so that we could clearly see costs and decide which route we wanted to take.
