I was not able to program the thermostat to the temperatures I wanted. Omar was able to set the temperature to the settings I requested. He answered all my questions about timing and settings and when the heater will go on and off. Omar arrived in the time window I was told. and was very polite.

Matt responded to my Facebook message immediately and made an appointment to come check out our furnace first thing the next morning. He showed up on time and was super friendly. He listened to our concerns and gave us a little lesson about our furnace before telling us what our options were along with pricing and financing options. We opted to get both our furnace and ac unit replaced and he hooked us up with a great unit at an extremely reasonable price, especially compared the the other bids I received. I could not recommend Matt more highly, as he was very responsive, punctual, and met our needs at a price we could afford.

Nathan Metz came out to my place to do a coil cleaning and checkup on both my units. He did an amazing job to keep my units running efficiently since they are both old units. He did clean work and was very professional. I highly recommend Metz for any of your units needs.

Customer service at this company is excellent. Today tech Hayden Metz came to solve why my AC didn’t have power to the compressor. He quickly analyzed the problem and restored the AC. Hayden who is very knowledgeable/professional explained/reviewed how he detected the problem and resolved it. He is very thorough and I would highly recommend Metz to anyone! On a side note, Hayden is very personable and enjoyable to converse with!
