I was not able to program the thermostat to the temperatures I wanted. Omar was able to set the temperature to the settings I requested. He answered all my questions about timing and settings and when the heater will go on and off. Omar arrived in the time window I was told. and was very polite.

He listened to our concerns and gave us a little lesson about our furnace before telling us what our options were along with pricing and financing options.
