Needed to have our HVAC unit checked out. Called Thomson Air and got a fast appointment. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and perhaps most important honest. The tech jumped right in to help us out with a thorough inspection of our HVAC and some recommendations on how to correct the problems we were experiencing. Highly recommend Thomson Air! I was not able to program the thermostat to the temperatures I wanted. Omar was able to set the temperature to the settings I requested. He answered all my questions about timing and settings and when the heater will go on and off. Omar arrived in the time window I was told. and was very polite.

Matt responded to my Facebook message immediately and made an appointment to come check out our furnace first thing the next morning. He showed up on time and was super friendly. He listened to our concerns and gave us a little lesson about our furnace before telling us what our options were along with pricing and financing options. We opted to get both our furnace and ac unit replaced and he hooked us up with a great unit at an extremely reasonable price, especially compared the the other bids I received. I could not recommend Matt more highly, as he was very responsive, punctual, and met our needs at a price we could afford.
