I would highly recommend them they replace my hot water tank which kept leaking and having several problems, smart air put new tank on my shell gas station 1511 Middle Country Road Ridge NY, They also installed mini split units and their work is so good and very nice to see. They do upto the marks. Definitely recommend to all for all HVAC and refrigeration need.

I have been a customer of W.F. Smith for over 20 years. They installed my first heating/a.c. system over 20 years ago. Recently, after all of this time, I realized I needed a new system. I have had a contract with them every year to service my unit twice per year. The gentleman that comes to my home every year is very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. He listens to all of my concerns and answers me very honestly. However, it was time to get a new system. With the winter coming in, I didn't want a problem in the dead of the winter and have no heat. The new heater/a.c. unit was installed on October 1st. The installers came early in the morning and worked so well together. The whole area was spotless when they finished. From Dave Smith, to maintenance, installers and staff I am so pleased. I would never consider using another company for any of my heating or air conditioning needs. They are the best.

Smith was the only one who truly listened to our issues and came up with the right solution for our needs. They were on-time, thorough and professional.
