Have had them out a few times to help me out with my AC/heat problems. I never felt like I was being worked over like some of the other companies I called. I have a gas fired unit, so it was important to me that the technician was experienced in that field. Glenn was able to take apart and replace key internal parts quickly. He even adjusted the way the gas burns so less is used (regulator I think?) and therefore my monthly bill will be less. I highly recommend this company, very honest work and straight forward pricing. They were the absolute best after hours and during business ours. We were in desperate need of someone to come out and check our unit. After returning home from our vacation, we walked in the house only to realize the it was 83° at 7 a.m. when the thermostat was set at 72°. With a 9 month old and 2 dogs, there was no way we could wait 2 weeks for someone to "fit us in". After contacting Kenny, he was able to come over early that afternoon and after 5 minutes he was able to diagnose our problem and fixed us right up! My home warranty sent me to them after having issues with a prior service company. And Sean G came out and took the time to explain the challenges with meeting expectations in a home warranty. After a few minutes he found the problem and showed me options and reasons to upgrade my system. Well i learned freon is being phased out and my warranty will be ordering and shipping and needed materials to xtreme heating and that would be very time consuming . Being its summer and i didnt want to wait I decided to upgrade threw xtreme. All i can say is WOW . They new system runs great !!!
