Air Conditioning Repair. A residential homeowner called with A/C making a strange noise. Technician sent to troubleshoot and repair the issue. Found malfunctioning fan motor, causing the sound. Fan motor replaced. Found dirty filter. Replaced filters. The system is now operating as it should for the customer.

I received an immediate response and quote and within a few days, they were at my home. I was not home at the time of the visit, so the rep called me throughout the visit to explain each step and the condition of each element. He needed to perform a few repairs to the AC unit and texted me quotes to approve before beginning work. He also said that there was a leak in the Water Heater and that he recommended I replace the unit, outlining why. Within 48 hours, I had a new water heater installed.
