They were the absolute best after hours and during business ours. We were in desperate need of someone to come out and check our unit. After returning home from our vacation, we walked in the house only to realize the it was 83° at 7 a.m. when the thermostat was set at 72°. With a 9 month old and 2 dogs, there was no way we could wait 2 weeks for someone to "fit us in". After contacting Kenny, he was able to come over early that afternoon and after 5 minutes he was able to diagnose our problem and fixed us right up! My home warranty sent me to them after having issues with a prior service company. And Sean G came out and took the time to explain the challenges with meeting expectations in a home warranty. After a few minutes he found the problem and showed me options and reasons to upgrade my system. Well i learned freon is being phased out and my warranty will be ordering and shipping and needed materials to xtreme heating and that would be very time consuming . Being its summer and i didnt want to wait I decided to upgrade threw xtreme. All i can say is WOW . They new system runs great !!! My air flow has improved and look forward to see how much my utility bills drop. Its very clear to me that his crew really cares and did everything to make me comfortable during the whole process. We interviewed at least 5 different contractors for a major project, which involved running new gas lines to our kitchen and two fireplaces on opposite ends of our home, as well as some air duct work. When Ramesh came by and impressed us with his knowledge, humorous can-do attitude, and extremely high standards, we knew we had found the right man for the job.Ramesh was the only technician who suggested running gas pipes through our attic. Others had suggested using a propane tank on the hard-to-reach side of the home, or running pipes straight across the brick back side. When asked about this latter option, Ramesh opined with his hallmark charismatic chuckle: "If this were my home and anyone suggested that, I'd smack them."All jokes aside, this instance illustrates perfectly how Ramesh treats his customers: he genuinely has their best interest at heart. Steve and his team at Central Air did a great job from start to finish. We purchased a building that had been vacant for a few years that posed many additional challenges.  We did a complete upgrade to the HVAC system and ductwork that included 6 new units covering 17000 square feet.
