Ryan and Elite Vents did a fantastic job cleaning my dryer vent. They were prompt with appointment time, professional, courteous, explained the process, and cleaned a whole bunch of Yuck out of my dryer vent. My dryer is drying clothes again, and I am a very happy customer. Their service is reasonably priced and they know what they are doing. Highly recommend this company for any kind of duct cleaning. Our air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days of the season. We were told probably couldn't get anyone here until 4 pm. We went to buy a window unit to get us thru until they could get here. Jake called before we got home and said he was on his way. He was here repaired the unit and gone by noon. Had the routine inspection service for my 2 AC units performed in late April. Came back from travel this week (5/23) and found the the downstairs unit hadn't been running for some time (temp well above setpoint on t-stat). Inspected the unit and found the blower cabinet door was sitting in place but not latched. Observed electrical tape had been used on the interlock switch so the unit ran following the inspection visit. All stopped when the tape let go. I put the cabinet door in place and latched it – system op resumed. The initial installation was very good as have subsequent maintenance checks over the years. This was not the expected quality service I paid for…
