Pablo came over to help install my new Nest Thermostat. He was GREAT. He was contacted me before the appointment to confirm and then told me when he was 30 minutes away. He was very quick and efficient. He explained what he was doing and asked my permission before having to drill a hole in the wall to make my thermostat fit. After it was installed, he walked me through the set up and how to work the unit on my phone. The whole experience was wonderful.

I was not home at the time of the visit, so the rep called me throughout the visit to explain each step and the condition of each element. He needed to perform a few repairs to the AC unit and texted me quotes to approve before beginning work. He also said that there was a leak in the Water Heater and that he recommended I replace the unit, outlining why. Within 48 hours, I had a new water heater installed. We used Clean Air Doctors to remove and replace the insulation in our attic. Ofer replied to my quote request immediately and was able to come by within the next couple of days to see the space. He gave us a quote on the spot.
