Tim, came out to service our unit and found a bad coil, since our unit was up an age a bit Tim gave us a few options. Option one was a temporary fix, where as option number two was a long term solution. Honest, reliable, and friendly - three words that sum them up. We had Columbus Worthington Air out to diagnose the problem with our A/C unit and they said it was either fix the compressor or replace the unit and they quoted us at $3,000-$5,000+ depending on what we chose. I gave Heating and A/C Systems a call for a second opinion and Rod and his team came out within a few hours and identified the real problem - a bad breaker. The breaker repair was only $200, which included an A/C repair and tune-up and furnace tune-up. So, we went from a $5,000+ bill to a $200 bill. Talk about relief! I can't say enough about Rod and Heating and A/C Systems. I recommended them to my family and definitely recommend them to anyone. I know small companies can give some people pause, but give Heating and A/C Systems a chance and you will be so grateful and so happy you did.
