Our a/c went out last week. Called to set up a service appointment on a Wednesday and was able to send Cody a service tech out the next day. He reviewed our system and gave me options to repair our 36 year old a/c or to replace and based on all the information and age of the unit we decided to replace with a new Trane xr 16 Was able to setup a appointment for the new install the following Monday. On Monday Fred and Ivan arrived on time and got right to work. Through the install they communicated about the process and was informative about the new new ac unit and answered any questions I had.
