Our air conditioner broke at 9pm on a Saturday night - we were expecting house guests the next day and the temperature for the week was going to be in the high 90's. Mike didn't hesitate to come over and check out the unit! He was able to fix it that night and it's worked better than ever since then! He tuned it up, fixed the settings, and made suggestions for making our smart thermostat even smarter. Remodeling a 80 year old Sugarhouse basement. I had to remove the furnace duct work because it was old and had asbestos wrap. I called 4-5 companies. Two never called back, the other a week later. The first real bid included the statement " do you need financing ", the first thing when talking to them. The quote was high and also did not include the Hard Duct that I wanted. Chuck, from Lee's came over and we talked and explained what was needed. I received a bid that was reasonable. Two days later the work was started and completed, in one day. Super workers, Chuck stopped by and supervised for 10 minutes, with his aged experience. The guys did a great job. The basement Ducting looks great and I have a functional furnace for winter.
