My A/C unit was not working during a heatwave. I called all of the other major HVA/C companies in the area and Calloway & Sons was the only one able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. Upon arrival, the Technician, Ryan, was quick to diagnose the issue and provide a fix. Our A/C was up and running in no time. Ryan explained everything he was doing in detail, gave me maintenance pointers, and provided a thorough explanation of the bill.

We had an AC drain pan in the attic that was filling with condensate and overflowing. It wasn't an emergency, but I wanted it fixed before it became one. A technician came the next morning, well before the scheduled time and fixed the issue within an hour. He recommended we have the outside unit cleaned and he was 100% correct. Kevin took the time to listen to our complaint/issue and did a thorough examination to discover the root cause. He then explained his plan to correct the problem, and professionally completed the plan. Every question we asked was thoroughly answered, and his knowledge of the HVAC components was very impressive. After completing the repair Kevin conducted a thorough test to demonstrate the repair was successful. After completing his invoice Kevin completely discussed his report to ensure I agreed with everything in his invoice. Kevin’s professionalism is outstanding. I would also like to say the addition of the REME unit recommended by Jonathan on the new install has made such a change in our air quality that my wife and granddaughter have commented on it.
