Noah and Dom came out today to install a new 4 ton Daikon AC unit plus furnace. They were on time, polite, efficient and professional . They cleaned up any mess they created and gave me an in depth run through of both new systems. They set up the new thermostat as well and showed me how to use it. I have their maintenance plan and they will check on my system periodically. The system came with a 12 year warranty , parts and labor etc. We also got a great deal by buying during slow season! The furnace was free as part of their February special. We have used other maintenance companies in the past, and this one is by far our favorite! If you’re on the fence about a company to use, call this one. They may be a big name, but they feel like a smaller more personal company. We have the same technician for our inspections , his name is Jay! He’s awesome , never pressured me and treated me like a customer should be treated. Thank you Noah, Dom and Hat for your outstanding service!

Dom, Noah and Trey did an amazing job replacing our HVAC system. Our new system is quieter and fast, they even provided a new thermostat that’s amazing and easy to use. Furnace went out on a February Saturday night and I had a repairman at my home diagnosing the problem on Sunday. After leaving space heaters for us so we wouldn’t freeze, they picked up a replacement for the failed part as soon as their supplier opened Monday morning. They shuffled some other non-emergency appointments to get us up and running and by 10 AM we had heat. Tyler, the repair tech, was polite, courteous, professional and respectful of my home. I have been a customer for many years and Advanced Air Solutions will always be my first call for my HVAC needs.

Nick is responsive, thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and very reliable. He came out on Sunday and also on Monday, Labor Day to assist with an AC unit that had stopped blowing cold air. He worked the problem in steps, trying to isolate the failed components one at a time rather than jumping to the easy conclusion of proposing to install a new AC unit altogether. He brought the AC back to life and followed up over the course of several days to ensure it was still working satisfactorily before sending his invoice. A true professional that is very rare to find. I want to let you know that i felt very comfortable with the service provided at my home. the service tech told me of the issues with my furnace in easy to understand terms and did not try to push me to do anything i didnt want to do. he even gave me an opportunity to save money on filters that i have been paying $50 for at the hardware store, by buying them direct from your company.
