I phoned Furnace Dr. on a very cold Friday night at 7pm. Sam G. came over immediately to look at my situation. Sam tried his best to obtain the part needed for my furnace but was unable to find one that would work in an efficient manner. He gave us sound advice and came back early on Saturday morning to install the necessary part after he was able to obtain it from the supply warehouse. He did a very nice job and was extremely courteous, friendly and efficient. .I will recommend Sam to my friends, family and relatives. He treated us very fair with the billing! ( Friday after hours and Saturday am). Very impressive! He is also dog friendly😊🐶

I called early on Monday morning to see if Furnace Doctors could come out and look at our furnace as it was blowing out cold air. Pablo came over to help install my new Nest Thermostat. He was GREAT. He was contacted me before the appointment to confirm and then told me when he was 30 minutes away. He was very quick and efficient. He explained what he was doing and asked my permission before having to drill a hole in the wall to make my thermostat fit. After it was installed, he walked me through the set up and how to work the unit on my phone. The whole experience was wonderful.

"Very satisfied with the whole process and the team. Mike was able to get us onto the schedule very quickly to see what the issue was when our AC unit went out as well as for the installation. With the hot weather and our travel plans the quick turnaround was immensely appreciated. Mario and Gustavo were great. They wore masks the whole time, took off their shoes when coming in, and laid down cardboard to make sure the hardwood floors were not damaged. For the unit install, they made sure to lay down wood strips under the AC unit for weight distribution and to avoid damage to the roof. They also included some material to help minimize vibrations and noise. Gail made it easy to schedule and coordinate. Their prices are also extremely reasonable. They're my go-to guys for AC and Furnace needs! Highly recommended."

"I love this company. I've used them for a furnace replacement, as well as annual inspections of both a/c and furnace.
