Great company! They advocated for us with the lower than dirt home warranty company and when they told us the repairs weren't covered, we were given factual info on our options. We were moved to first on the list for our new heat pump installation and they even threw in a new thermostat! Financing was pain free and we are finally comfy again!

I needed to replace the furnace in my home. Mr. Montgomery arrived a few minutes early for our scheduled appointment. He inspected the furnace area & asked questions to determine what would be suit my needs. He also listened attentively to, & provided answers to my questions & concerns. The new furnace was installed the next day. Mr. Montgomery & the young man installing the unit (I don't remember his name) arrived on time, with Mr. Montgomery checking in throughout the day. Install was completed in 1 day. It has now been about 1 month & my furnace is working great! I have a SENSI thermostat which allows me to control the unit with an app on my phone. Mr. Montgomery's follow-up & customer service have been OUTSTANDING. He has contacted me to ensure I've been happy with the unit & that the work was completed to my satisfaction. The price was very reasonable & I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the work.

Wow! After receiving the dreaded call from tenants that the air conditioning was not working, I began a search for a company to do the repairs. I made 4 calls to local companies and 2 told me that I would need to replace the unit at costs of $6,800 and $4,800 without even a service call. The third company came out and diagnosed a Condenser Coil Leak at a repair cost of $4,827, but suggested a replacement of the system for $5,520...and that's all without going into the attic??? Oh, and charged me $79.00 for their expertise. Then Jeff from Montgomery Air called and said he would come out, free of charge, to diagnose the problem with the system. Impressive, and it gets better.... Jeff had the unit repaired in 3 hours at a cost of $1,500. Quite a difference. The a/c unit did not have a leak, but needed some much needed part replacements and cleaning. It had not been serviced in 10 years, shame on me, and is now working just fine. I will be recommending Montgomery Air and using them for ALL my a/c needs in the future.

My technician was Doug. I had an emergency plumbing issue and he came right out and worked diligently until the issue was fixed! I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I recommend this business and Doug! They had to come back out and fix an additional problem we found from the first instance and Brad accompanied Doug. They were both professional and completed the work in a timely fashion.

Clark’s Plumbing to save the day. Team Jeremy and Doug saved me time, frustrations, and money on upgrading our hot water heater. Had a leak appear by the back door. Called Clark heating and air conditioning, left a message and within five minutes had Jeremy call me back. He was out at my house within twenty minutes which was very quick. He quickly found the problem which was the ac stack, he removed the clog quickly. I was afraid it was going to be something more serious but thankfully it was simple. Awesome service and will be my go to company for a/c and plumbing. Great experience with this company. I called Tuesday morning about my pilot light no longer working in the water heater, and Doug and Jeremy came out that afternoon. They were quick and efficient and made sure they explained what was going on and what could be done. Sadly, I needed an entire new unit, which required an electrician. Clark’s set that up as well, and I didn’t have to make any calls to get it done.

Was awoken to water pouring out of hot water heater in the hall and scrambled to find water shut off, got the water off and called Clark. Doug and Jeremy were here in under five minutes. Amazing!!! After a quick inspection they ascertained it was a ‘thermal unit’ and had us back to hot water in under 30 minutes! I sincerely and highly recommend Clark and specifically these two gentleman.
