Called Friday morning after our central air stopped working overnight. The first place we called said next week, but it was already up to 80 degrees. That was on our second floor, not outside! Proactive said no problem, between 10 & 2 same day, and their guy arrived at 10:10 AM, after we had received an email including his photo, confirming our appt. This young man diagnosed our problem right away and even had the replacement part on his truck. Highly recommend this company!

Dayton did a great job installing our new Trane variable speed furnace. Nick stopped by and gave us a fair quote. Loved how they gave the options and then we could pick what was best for us and our budget. Installers, Zach and Austin, were proficient, professional and hard working! They both smiled and got the job done. Everything was picked up and perfect. And the furnace is already heating our home better than it’s ever been! We have a 2nd story home that has NEVER heated or cooled our upstairs very well. Our new variable speed Trane furnace from Dayton has FINALLY solved the problem! So happy!! Thanks Dayton!!!

I had to have a new furnace installed due to a failed heat exchanger on an old furnace. Nick with Dayton gave me a great quote, and they are a Veteran owned company too. From last Thursday when the problem was discovered I started getting bids. I got my last bid Tuesday and gave Nick the green light on Tuesday night around 7:00 pm. He scheduled the job for the next morning – now that’s quick service! His crew, ran by Scott, was very professional, and did an outstanding job! My furnace was in a fairly tight location which made it a long day for the crew, they stayed and worked without breaks until it was up and running. Professionalism, and dedication to doing the job right. I am very happy with their work, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Our air conditioning went out during the hottest part of the summer. I called around to a couple of different company's to see who could get out the fastest. AKM air solutions said they could show up that night. They showed up when they said they would. The problem was fixed within an hour of them showing up. They were professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I am very thankful that we didn't have to live without our AC overnight. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

We have had a great experience with Eco Air. We had used two other PTAC companies to service our PTACS and did not have good experiences so were a little wary when Eco Air came to look at our units. The previous companies were unable to identify why our units were rattling and not maintaining the proper temperature. We were able to easily schedule an appointment and when Jimmy came it was clear that he knew the units inside and out and very quickly identified the problem. He was also able to suggest solutions to help us maintain the temperatures in our rooms including using a digital thermometer. I appreciated that Jimmy was honest and told us the pros and cons of the different options. They followed up after the visit via email and kept us updated on when we could expect the parts to come in and the follow-up visit. We also had them service our PTAC units for the spring cleaning and unlike the prior company we used that did a bare minimum cleaning, Eco Air properly removed the units and thoroughly cleaned them out and the technicians checked to make sure that they were working properly after the cleaning. When we noticed a rattling noise coming from one of them, they quickly sent a tech out who was able to fix the problem. We were so happy with their service that we have recommended them to our neighbors and they have become our buildings PTAC service providers. I was sent an invoice and the costs were exactly what we were told up front before scheduling the appointment which I appreciated as there were no hidden or additional charges. They even sent us a detailed estimate before conducting any work so that we could clearly see costs and decide which route we wanted to take.
