"Steve at Hesse AC and Heat was referred to me by a good friend. I was being given a run around by my Home warranty and AC repair contractor. Steve spent time with me on the phone, free of charge for some initial diagnosis. He was very patient and asked me the right questions to understand symptoms.  His diagnosis was spot on.
