B & A HVAC came and said a wire just broke off and all we needed was a new wire. They responded within a 24 hour time frame from initial claim. They kept the date given for service to come and the time of arrival was superb. Technician was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about what to do about the problem. After service given he came in to give a summary of what the problem was, what he did to fix it and what to expect from procedure given and to call or contact them if more problem arise. Clean Air LLC installed central air on the first floor of our historic home. Not only did they do a fantastic job locating the best places to put the units with the least amount of damage, but they were courteous and clean. The top of the line Mitsubishi units are quiet and fit in perfectly with our radiator system in our 104 year old historic. Ari, David and Ben were respectful and patient with a couple of surprises and efficient. Highly recommended.

Called this company and they responded immediately. They came to my house and diagnosed the problem. They had to made a run to pick-up the particular repair part. They did that right way.
