We have used Smart Air for years and they have never let us down. Pete came out this last time (2.18.22) he called to say he would be earlier than our scheduled appointment time- which was great . He was professional and so knowledgeable about all the services we’d need. We had put off the inevitable for as long as possible and needed to get our a/c unit replaced. Some how talking to Pete about the new unit and it’s capabilities, the warranties etc. made the decision to purchase a new unit less painful. If all companies had employees like Pete, consumers wouldn’t feel so apprehensive about making big ticket purchases. His knowledge was reassuring. Have enlisted their services twice in last two years for two different properties. Techs are knowledgeable, efficient and explain issues thoroughly to resolve problems. This year, opted to call them directly outside of a home warranty on an investment property (due to long delays of 4-7 days in scheduling with two other companies) after a great experience last summer, and they were available within a few hours. Would’ve saved money but the repair was urgent with summer heat. Very affordable and will continue to use them should future needs arise!

I called and asked for maintenance of my AC unit. They responded same day and set up the appointment for 2 days later. They gave me a 2 hour window and showed up right on time, after calling and giving me a 20 minute heads up they were on their way. Timely, thorough and quality work. They checked all my air handlers in the attic and both AC units outside. The tech explained everything that was found and fixed to my wife, and in a way she could understand (which she appreciated greatly!).
