They are easy to work with and responsive. If you are solely focused on budget oil delivery, you may find a less expensive alternative. Original install of Heat Pump A/C was good, and a good price. The humidifier was mounted improperly, however, and we have received no response to our repeated attempts at communication via e-mail & text. As such we have been without a humidifier for two winters.
