I phoned Furnace Dr. on a very cold Friday night at 7pm. Sam G. came over immediately to look at my situation. Sam tried his best to obtain the part needed for my furnace but was unable to find one that would work in an efficient manner. He gave us sound advice and came back early on Saturday morning to install the necessary part after he was able to obtain it from the supply warehouse. He did a very nice job and was extremely courteous, friendly and efficient. .I will recommend Sam to my friends, family and relatives. He treated us very fair with the billing! ( Friday after hours and Saturday am). Very impressive! He is also dog friendly😊🐶

I called early on Monday morning to see if Furnace Doctors could come out and look at our furnace as it was blowing out cold air. I spoke with Sam who said they could come out to our house this afternoon. Sam called me to let me know that he would be able to come earlier than expected and asked me if that was ok with me. Sam worked diligently and quickly to get the furnace working again. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty and quick work to get our heat working again. Thank you
