My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Danny Johnson today. We contacted him this morning and he was able to work with our schedule and come by after we got out of work. He came to our house on time, was very friendly and was able to solve our A.C. problem efficiently. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is needing a trustworthy professional to fix their air conditioner, we were very impressed with his services.

They were very thorough in searching for the causes of the trouble, and they were able to correct the problems in short order, even though these were not simple issues. I called this wonderful company after another company messed up my washing machine. Adam came out the same day I called and fit me in even at 6:00pm. It took him less than an hour to completely fix my washing machine and he even fixed my garbage disposal. He was so kind, sweet, polite, professional and he not only fixed my washer and disposal, he managed to undue the damage the other repair service did and my washer now works like it's new. I highly recommend Adam and his wonderful company and will never use anyone else. If you want the best, call Adam and his team, there is no one that can compare.

Our oven stopped working 2 days before Christmas. Fortunately, we called Prime Appliance service and talked to Adam. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately, but the part that needed to be replaced was not available locally. He found another supplier out of state and had the part shipped overnight. He repaired the oven the following morning and performed additional tests to make sure that everything was working properly. He is very professional, knowledgeable and also truly a gentleman. I have nothing but the highest recommendation for his service.

Our microwave and dishwasher stopped working due to a power surge in my neighborhood. I checked around with several appliance repair services in the area and Adam at Prime Appliance Repair was the only one who did the extra research given the appliance model numbers and was able to provide a ballpark estimate. We decided to go with his services due to the extra work and research he put in. Due to his experience with other appliances damaged by the power outage, this estimate turned out to be exactly what was charged. Adam was also willing to come out on a Sunday to do the final repairs as the parts came in on Saturday.

I was so happy to find this company to help reinstall an AC/Heater HVAC unit. They were fast and easy to work with and very communicative with good follow up. We were looking to replace our 3 wall heaters (installed by the previous owner) with heat pump, and got three quotes from the three nearby HVAC services with the highest Yelp ratings: 1. Nur HVAC: Provided multiple options with both Mitsubishi and Daikin. The Mitsubishi option is more expensive. Provided some information regarding rebates & tax credits but not comprehensive. 2. IRBIS HVAC: Also multiple options but with Carrier. Slightly more expensive than Nur's Mitsubishi option. They provided very comprehensive information on all the available rebates & tax credits, which I appreciate a lot. 3. EM Energy & Air: Their quote is with Daikin, but is more expensive than Nur since they charge extra for removing existing wall heaters. They didn't provide any rebates & tax credits information. After doing some research on brands (Mitsubishi vs Daikin vs Carrier), it seems the internet believes Mitsubishi's system is the best among the three. Also given Nur's reasonable pricing, we decided to go with Nur's Mitsubishi mini-split option with 3 wall mount units. The installation was smooth; it took about 3.5 days. They were friendly, courteous, and paid attention to details, and always did a thorough clean-up at the end of the day. On the last day, Artur walked me through the system and we did the testing together. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to others.

I needed a min-split hvac system for a separate studio room so I sent request for quote to several hvac businesses including NUR HVAC. The NUR price was right in line with my expectations while others were significantly more. I selected Nur and very glad I did. The job was scheduled just a few days later after a call from David and then Artur and Vladimir came and completed the job on schedule. Very impressed with the quality of the installation and immediate follow up by David after the job was done to ensure I was satisfied. I definitely recommend NUR HVAC!
