We contacted True Temp for replacement of our old HVAC unit. They came out promptly and provided multiple options and a detailed estimate. Each option was explained and all questions were answered in easily understood terms. They handled all permitting paperwork and arrived on time for the install. All work was professionally done and they took care to clean up completely when finished. I would recommend them without hesitation. They will be our “Go To” HVAC company from now on.

Definitely NOT the “Get it right guys”. We had a new heating / ac system installed by Nevada Heating and when the power goes out the system shuts down and has to be restarted by them or me (I am 76 years old) by climbing into the attic to restart it. They have sent techs out here at least 4 times to fix the problem and charge us every time. I don’t know of any other company who would keep charging you for their inability to fix their own product defects and their employees inability to correct the problem. They definitely have not “gotten it right” or treated us right.

When our air went out on the hottest day of the year (120 deg) Gavin was here in a half hour even though it was a Sunday night at 7pm. He gave us different options to either fix our unit, replace the a/c, or replace the whole unit including the heater without any pressure on our decision. We opted to replace everything since our unit was 25 yrs old and he gave us a fair price and was able to schedule the installation for the next day.
