Both Matt and Patrick were very responsive, professional, and on time. We have old AC units and they did a full tune up, and gave me an honest assessment of the units. The pricing was very reasonable and I will definitely use them when it's time to replace our AC!

Customer service at this company is excellent. Today tech Hayden Metz came to solve why my AC didn’t have power to the compressor. He quickly analyzed the problem and restored the AC. I was not able to program the thermostat to the temperatures I wanted. Omar was able to set the temperature to the settings I requested. He answered all my questions about timing and settings and when the heater will go on and off. Omar arrived in the time window I was told. and was very polite.

He listened to our concerns and gave us a little lesson about our furnace before telling us what our options were along with pricing and financing options. We opted to get both our furnace and ac unit replaced and he hooked us up with a great unit at an extremely reasonable price, especially compared the the other bids I received. Last week the furnace in my rental property stopped working. I tried several HVAC contractors, but none were available soon enough. When I called Comfort Stars, Sean handled my request as an urgent matter, offered a 7 am appointment to work on the heater. He worked the whole morning, replaced both valve control units, thermopile & pilot generator at a very reasonable price, but with superior quality installation. I strongly recommend Comfort Stars!

Booking an appointment was easy – very responsive and courteous. Showed up on time, worked quickly, and was very clean. He also offered advice and guidance which was appreciated as newer home owners.
