Our furnace went out the day after Thanksgiving this year. I called JT Mechanical Saturday morning and the owner Jeff was at our house within a few hours. Being a holiday weekend, only one supply shop was open with the part we needed. Jeff drove to another city to pick the part up in order to get our heat up and running that day.

Technician, Eric and another gentleman arrived at my residence promptly; assessed my thermostat, internal duct vents, outside HVAC unit; checked for freon and system leaks, etc. The entire process took approximately one hour. Bought an older home and just wanted to learn how our heat pump/gas furnace worked together. Jeffery gave me a tutorial and then started checking our entire HVAC system. While inspecting our gas furnace he noticed water where it wasn't supposed to be; upon further inspection he informed us we were very lucky-the exhaust pipe had sheared off completely letting all gas exhaust into our home!
