We have asked the guys to go above and beyond on this project and never once have we heard them say no or that it cannot be done. Called Friday morning after our central air stopped working overnight. The first place we called said next week, but it was already up to 80 degrees. That was on our second floor, not outside! Proactive said no problem, between 10 & 2 same day, and their guy arrived at 10:10 AM, after we had received an email including his photo, confirming our appt. This young man diagnosed our problem right away and even had the replacement part on his truck. Highly recommend this company!

Noah and Dom came out today to install a new 4 ton Daikon AC unit plus furnace. They were on time, polite, efficient and professional . They cleaned up any mess they created and gave me an in depth run through of both new systems. They set up the new thermostat as well and showed me how to use it. I have their maintenance plan and they will check on my system periodically. The system came with a 12 year warranty , parts and labor etc. We also got a great deal by buying during slow season! The furnace was free as part of their February special. We have used other maintenance companies in the past, and this one is by far our favorite! If you’re on the fence about a company to use, call this one. They may be a big name, but they feel like a smaller more personal company. We have the same technician for our inspections , his name is Jay! He’s awesome , never pressured me and treated me like a customer should be treated. Thank you Noah, Dom and Hat for your outstanding service!

My furnace needed to be replaced. I needed a replacement soon as we have our house on the market. Tracy came out and evaluated the best replacement. We set an installation a few days later. Was advised they’d be here between 9-11. They showed up @ 8:59. The 3 man crew was very professional and replaced the furnace in 2 1/2 hrs. In addition they even vacuumed the area around the furnace when they were done. I can’t speak highly enough about Air Pro Heating & Air. Most rating systems give 10 as the top score, I’d rate them far beyond a 10. I’ve advised the company that they can use me for a recommendation any time.

A few years ago we decided to replace our old air conditioners for new ones. Mark with AirPro Heating and Air installed three units. The installation was fast, efficient and very professional.
