Had the routine inspection service for my 2 AC units performed in late April. Came back from travel this week (5/23) and found the the downstairs unit hadn't been running for some time (temp well above setpoint on t-stat). Inspected the unit and found the blower cabinet door was sitting in place but not latched. Observed electrical tape had been used on the interlock switch so the unit ran following the inspection visit. All stopped when the tape let go. I put the cabinet door in place and latched it – system op resumed. The initial installation was very good as have subsequent maintenance checks over the years. This was not the expected quality service I paid for…

My unit is covered under warranty, but since they switched to commercial only, they have refused to take my calls. My heat is not working well in Cleveland winter, so this has been exceedingly frustrating.

Clean Air LLC installed central air on the first floor of our historic home. Not only did they do a fantastic job locating the best places to put the units with the least amount of damage, but they were courteous and clean. The top of the line Mitsubishi units are quiet and fit in perfectly with our radiator system in our 104 year old historic. Ari, David and Ben were respectful and patient with a couple of surprises and efficient. Highly recommended.

Called this company and they responded immediately. They came to my house and diagnosed the problem. They had to made a run to pick-up the particular repair part. They did that right way. They came back to my house, installed the part and my furnace has operated perfectly ever since.The two repair men were friendly, efficient & competent. Aryeh and Dave were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They installed our range hood and relocated the exterior vent, in addition to cleaning and wiping down the hood so it was free of fingerprints. Results are beautiful and their kindness was so appreciated.
