Jimmy was absolutely fantastic. I had an issue with my furnace and Jimmy was able to come over the same day. Jimmy looked at my unit and determined that I accidentally had 1 of my 2 safeties switched off. Other contractors came by the same day and did not even take the time to look at the unit and simply wanted to give me a quote to replace the unit. When the time comes to replace the unit, I will 100% be using Jimmy to do this work, as I know he is honest and looking to do what is best for me.

We are very pleased with the new furnace installation. Please extend our thanks to your work crew for the fine job they did. They arrived (just as you said they would) at 8:45 AM. Upon their arrival, they put down drop cloths to protect our hardwood floor from the front entrance down to the basement. They did a neat job installing the new furnace, chimney liner, new vent pipes, wiring, etc.

When our house was built in 1964, we had Armor Heating install the heating system. Armor had come highly recommended to us. The system they installed gave us good efficient service. There were very few problems and the ones we had were dealt with promptly and courteously. As a result when we decided to upgrade to a high efficiency furnace and air conditioner there was no doubt as to which company we would consult. Needless to say, the system is working great and the air conditioner was much appreciated during the hot summer months.

Every year Town Housing steps their game up. Since I have rented from them they have upgraded their operating office, upgraded the living space I stay at (adding an automatic lock for security, repairing building structural issues, etc), and even upgraded to online accessibility for tenant request and rental payments. They have always been prompt about maintenance request, and this year they even included snow removal as their responsibility (last year we had to shovel our own sidewalks).
