We always receive prompt service and no hard upsells. They are a very reliable and trustworthy business. Once we had someone come out to fix our furnace and were told we needed a new paert which would cost $1500 so we got a second bid from Air Handlers. Guess what. It was a faulty wire and the cost was $479 for a complete check up (service, replacement parts and filter). A year and a half later our furnace and heat pump are still in perfect condition.

I researched and found that my AC/Furnace were over 33 years old and decided to replace them with new efficient units. I also added a HEPA system, and UV light to help with allergies, as I have allergies. I was provided a quote for the systems to be installed, was installed in a timely manner, and when I had a concern with the noise the HEPA system made, they made it all right. Very happy with the service and product used. House is warmer and quiet.

I am very happy with the service I received from Heatguy LLC. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly, and quickly identified my problem which was a refrigerant leak. I was unfortunate to have my unit break during a major cold spell so they were busier than usual, but they were still very responsive and scheduled me in as soon as they could. I'm extremely happy they are willing to work on Mr Cool equipment. Hopefully I will not have the need to, but I would gladly hire them again to repair my equipment.

Very professional and knowledgeable, found our issue--overdue maintenance on our gas heater with carbon build up. Cleaned it up, checked our system and working great.
