We always receive prompt service and no hard upsells. They are a very reliable and trustworthy business. Once we had someone come out to fix our furnace and were told we needed a new paert which would cost $1500 so we got a second bid from Air Handlers. Guess what. It was a faulty wire and the cost was $479 for a complete check up (service, replacement parts and filter). A year and a half later our furnace and heat pump are still in perfect condition.

Andrey is very professional , on time, and cost effective. his experience is very good, I am mechanical engineer myself, originally I am doubtful we can installed a tankless water heater, but with Andrey field experience , they have installed many system without any issue. I decided we go for it, it is a good decision for us, we will never run out of hot water, which my wife really likes. Andrey willing to go extra yard to remove the old water heater with limited space, definitely impressed us!

Last summer we had problems with our a/c unit so we called Brian to come check it out. He found that the unit's compressor went out and gave me some options of what he could do for us, we chose to get a brand new unit and Brian gave us an amazing offer that we just couldn't refuse, and since Brian and his crew installed the new unit our electric bills this winter were a lot cheaper than last year! My wife and I are extremely grateful for BR Refrigeration Heating and Air! We recommend BR Refrigeration Heating and Air to everyone and anyone for all the HVAC needs! I've also contracted this company in the past for gas furnace fix at a place we were renovated and Brian responded promptly and him and his guys fixed the problem quickly and for a reasonable price!

I was without air conditioning for two days, I called One Hour Air conditioning and they were there at my home when they said they were going to be there I had to I have two dogs. I’m all alone and was getting very sick and did not know what to do to fix my air conditioning. Everybody was very nice and very helpful and we ended up having to put in a new air conditioning unit, they were very helpful with finding me financing so I could have the work done. They also did the work in a very timely manner that next day everything was done very pleased I would recommend air conditioning to anyone who needed help.
