We called for assistance around 5pm on a Friday night. Our heating unit was serviced and working in what I feel was quickly that same night. Pricing for services were reasonable. My AC went down after a power outage/surge. I called and the tech was out at my house within 45 min of calling for 1st time service on a Saturday! This was great response time! The tech was super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He gave me quotes on items and services he thought I may need and made sure everything was running right before leaving. Tim, came out to service our unit and found a bad coil, since our unit was up an age a bit Tim gave us a few options. Option one was a temporary fix, where as option number two was a long term solution.
