My responsibilities consist of the maintenance of over seventy (70) City owned buildings. Some of these buildings have newer state of the art HVAC systems but most do not. It has been my experience in this time frame that no matter what problems have arisen pertaining to the HVAC systems no Company has compared to the service that I receive from Advance Air & Heat Co., Inc. Their dedication to service is outstanding. I have called upon numerous other companies for service calls and I seem to always have to wait 2-3 days for service. I can call upon Advance and they will have someone there in 2-3 hours. In my 4 ½ years as Superintendent, I have found no other Company that responds to the many problems that I have endured with the antiquated systems that the City has in some of their facilities. I am confident in recommending Advance Air and Heat Co., Inc. to anyone who has the need for highly qualified personnel to take care of their HVAC needs, whether it be new installation or the maintenance of existing units.

Advance Air & Heat, Inc. has been our contracted Boiler service vendor for many, many years and was also our HVAC vendor for a three-year period. We have found Advance to be an excellent company to deal with. They respond quickly when needed and the quality of work they provide is outstanding. Just wanted to write a note to express our sincere thanks for the outstanding service you gave us this summer. Since we are an IT company, we have a server room that is critical to our business. All of this equipment requires a certain temperature to run efficiently and smoothly. If our equipment overheats, then 50 other businesses are affected as well. On one of the hottest days this summer, our air conditioning broke in our office building and our server room was exposed to tremendous heat. Despite what I’m sure was a high call volume day, you guys got to us very promptly and handled our service call with optimal professionalism. Your staff is always friendly and has a sense of urgency that is lacking in so many other companies. I’ve been working on building projects since the 1960’s in multiple states on the east coast. While I have worked with many successful companies, Advance Air stands out above all of them. Every person I have met from the receptionist, schedulers, both junior and senior level technicians have been extremely professional and have gone out of their way to provide above level of services. As we moved into a new facility for the State they brought an old system that had been abandoned back to life, having to hand document the wiring and controls as there were no prints or layout. They had to use ingenuity to provide for parts that were no longer available to purchase.

This place is great. You would be surprised to see how much you can learn in just 13 weeks with these guys! Jack ,Bob, Chris and Dave are very acknowledgeable, funny, and helpful. I loved this school. The teachers are great and hilarious. You'll learn a lot in a short period of time and get all your classroom hours required to get licensed. You won't come out a master but it's perfect for getting your foot in the door of the trade. I see no reason to pay way more money for places like the Peterson school. I would recommend this school to anyone looking to get in the trade.
