So pleased with Access Heating and Air. Lisa in the office is so great and really out to help the customer. And Steve the tech is so great, honest, efficient and all around good guy.They did an entire replace for our outdoor unit so quickly and we had another issue due to previous company and they came out and fixed at no charge and considered it a recall visit. Access Heating & Air installed a Mr. Cool mini-split system in my garage. I purchased the system because it is marketed as "DIY." I was able to begin the installation myself, but definitely needed an HVAC technician to complete the install. Both Tim and the other Access technician were courteous, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Tim took the extra time to explain the equipment and process to me.
