I'm in a new subdivision, Rock Springs, and checking out the ducting in my basement I noticed a portion of the return duct missing. Contacted Prudential this morning around 10am and a service tech was at my home at 1:30pm and took care of the return duct and performed a detailed inspection of the complete system. The reviews here are good, so was somewhat expecting good service, but this prompt and professional service I enjoyed exceeded my expectations, and that on a free warranty call.

My wife and I are so very pleased with our new furnace and air. Great experience starting with salesman, thru duct cleaning, and finally installation. Extremely professional from start to finish. MY last HVAC was Lennox, and it lasted 25 years, and I have no reason not to believe this unit will not exceed my expectations. Prudential installed the original HVAC in my home 21 years ago. Each spring and fall they have arrived to check proper functioning. Each time an emergency occurred (not many) they were right there to help. The new installation was to replace an aging unit and gain efficiency. Another company said our AC is too old to put any money into and we should replace everything so we called Anytime Heating and Air for a 2nd option. From beginning to end, after going to pick up part, our AC was working perfectly in 2 hrs. I could not be happier with my experience with Elder. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would be there. Before coming into my home they took care to put down tarps where they would bring the equipment in and wore shoe covers to make sure they didn't track dirt in. Late one evening recently our furnace stopped working. Elder was quick to send a service technician to our home that night. It was determined the furnace was unsafe. Elder gave us a price and ordered a new furnace. Even though it took more parts and extra time Elder stood by the original price. They installed the new furnace quickly and were very professional. The men were very respectful of our home, cleaning up after themselves.

On 10/26/16 David F. performed the fall service on my heating system and I was very pleased with the quality and quantity of his work and his demeanor. This is the first time he has serviced my system. He had previously checked for a noise, found a broken motor bracket and installed a replacement. Another time he installed an additional duct and changed two existing boots. I was equally pleased with him at those times. He is a very good representative of your company.

It was 5:30 a.m. and we woke up to our house temperature at a bone chilling 48°. Within 24 hours my furnace was replaced with a Trane high efficiency furnace. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and thoroughly cleaned the work area after the installation.
