One of their technicians, Jeff, has done most of my routine maintenance and is always professional, very knowledgeable, personable and usually arrives early! He recently installed a new motor in my Heat pump and did a great job. This was during a period of 100 degree weather. He identified the trouble, ordered the motor, and arranged delivery during the time he was working on the unit the next day. I had not expected to find relief from the heat so quickly. Thanks, Jeff!
