My A/C unit was not working during a heatwave. I called all of the other major HVA/C companies in the area and Calloway & Sons was the only one able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. Upon arrival, the Technician, Ryan, was quick to diagnose the issue and provide a fix. Our A/C was up and running in no time. Ryan explained everything he was doing in detail, gave me maintenance pointers, and provided a thorough explanation of the bill.

We had an AC drain pan in the attic that was filling with condensate and overflowing. It wasn't an emergency, but I wanted it fixed before it became one. A technician came the next morning, well before the scheduled time and fixed the issue within an hour. He recommended we have the outside unit cleaned and he was 100% correct. Within minutes of the cleaning, the hottest room in our house was colder than ever. All prices were quoted up front and there were no surprises.

"We have for 7 years relied on Dave Nichols at Dove Heating and Air Conditioning. They installed central air in our 60 year-old house. They know our heating system sytem which is a boiler, hot water, & radiators. Their knowledge and experience is broad knowing new as well as older systems.When I first moved into this house, I called another HVAC company back three times the heating issue and and that company was never able to fix it; so based on my neighbor's referral, I called Dave Nichols who fixed it on the first trip. I was sold. My neighbor still calls him, too. They are a small, local firm which is hard to beat. They will give you a resasonable estimation on when they can get to you."
