There is nothing like a company who goes above and beyond to get your problem fixed. My problem was not even related to A/C, but the technician from MasRam fixed that and the underlying problem. I bought a fixer upper during the summer of 2012. The house was a total mess. Ismael from MasRam worked with my contractor regarding the ceiling and condition of the attic. He visited several times to ensure it was properly supported before he began his work. The MasRam crew installed our new central air system, including new vents and an awesome thermostat. The new system works great and you can hardly hear it. Ismael came back six months later at "no cost" to properly correct a vent that needed to be adjusted.

I would like to thank MasRam for sending Ismael to our residence. When he arrived, we gave him a description of the AC problem we were having. He went outside for several minutes and returned with the capacitor. He showed us how it was damaged and we replaced it. While there, he offered a free tune up as we were his last call of the day. It is the most refreshing feeling to know good companies to take care of professional needs such as an ac unit! I called and expressed our needs. Waldemar was at my home within 2 hours from the call. Unfortunately the service needed was more than just what we thought, but was necessary! But that’s ok! Needed to be done! When he came out we thought our heat was compromised so we had turned it off.. so happen to be the coldest day for us here in Texas. Also was just way too cold for him to be out working on the unit. He assured me that the heat was fine, tested it even before he left. He scheduled to come back out during the weekend and address the actual ac issue. Got it fixed and working properly. All I've got to say is it's 10pm at night on Monday and they're still here and will be here for another hour at least after my AC unit failed at 3pm this afternoon! In a HOT city like Houston you can't survive without air conditioning! I found them on Yelp less than 24 hours after Harvey destroyed my AC systems at my old house. Same as today, they fixed it that same day!!! They've never been mysterious about what's gone wrong during maintenance visits. They've always been prompt and on time and they have 24 hour service by the owner. He answers the phone himself on Sunday evenings if I've needed it. I simply would never trust anyone else! My family and I have been devoted customers since Harvey.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by DC Air . Our A/C went out late at night during the week of 107 degrees temps in Dallas. i am 22 weeks pregnant and work from home. I reached out to these guys and got an immediate response at 10PM! Someone was able to come out to take look at our unit the very net day. We had several factors at this point . We needed a new compressor , but since we live in 4 unit town home with backyard facing the road and no back exit a crane was needed to brought in . The team came out and suggested alternatives to go through our neighbors yard, undo the fence , remove , remove the unit and replace it . This saved us hundreds ! Luckily for us we had planned trip and a day prior to returning , all the work was done and we had A/C again .
