Our air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days of the season. We were told probably couldn't get anyone here until 4 pm. We went to buy a window unit to get us thru until they could get here. Jake called before we got home and said he was on his way. He was here repaired the unit and gone by noon. He was very professional and friendly and is our Hero.

Had the routine inspection service for my 2 AC units performed in late April. Came back from travel this week (5/23) and found the the downstairs unit hadn't been running for some time (temp well above setpoint on t-stat). Inspected the unit and found the blower cabinet door was sitting in place but not latched. Observed electrical tape had been used on the interlock switch so the unit ran following the inspection visit. All stopped when the tape let go. I put the cabinet door in place and latched it – system op resumed. The initial installation was very good as have subsequent maintenance checks over the years. This was not the expected quality service I paid for…

I replaced my electric heat pump in July 2023. It's a American Standard 3.5 ton, SEER 15.2, Heat strip 15kw. Model 4WC75042. Since the install my electric bill kilowatt usage has dropped approximately 32% from the previous year month to month for the last eight months. The techs were very precise during the installation of the new unit. They were very professional.

I called City, my hvac service provider, when my unit stopped blowing heated air. Because of the weather and awful conditions of some roads I was not sure if they would be able to get a technician to my home. But Chris arrived around 2 PM of the day of my call. He resolved the issue pretty quickly. My fan unit outside had frozen up. Chris was able to clear it and I have heat again. Great job and great service. Thanks City and thank you Chris!!

Sitting here in my home during these freezing cold temperatures, I am thankful for City Heat and Air and how they fixed my brand new HVAC unit. The company who installed the system refused to fix their mistake, and thankfully, Mr. Mike and Chris figured out the issue and repaired it. The heat in my home has never been so nice, and during a week like this, I am more thankful for it. Although this repair took place a little over a year ago (I should have gave my 5 star review then), City has been great to work with ever since.
