Lowden Plumbing was at my house to replace and remove my old water heater. Service was prompt and professional. They also answered questions I had on other existing appliances. Originally was going to leave a 2 star review because they charged me almost $500 dollars to simply install a shower valve that I purchased. The plumbers who came were VERY nice to my family and made them feel comfortable, so that was a huge plus. The owners worked with me on a price (due to ignorance on my side - I didn't realized they charge for service right when then leave THEIR office) and after a conversation I left very much appreciated and felt valued as a customer so I felt like I should leave a positive review.

Dayton did a great job installing our new Trane variable speed furnace. Nick stopped by and gave us a fair quote. Loved how they gave the options and then we could pick what was best for us and our budget. Installers, Zach and Austin, were proficient, professional and hard working! They both smiled and got the job done. Everything was picked up and perfect. And the furnace is already heating our home better than it’s ever been! I had to have a new furnace installed due to a failed heat exchanger on an old furnace. Nick with Dayton gave me a great quote, and they are a Veteran owned company too. From last Thursday when the problem was discovered I started getting bids. I got my last bid Tuesday and gave Nick the green light on Tuesday night around 7:00 pm. He scheduled the job for the next morning – now that’s quick service! His crew, ran by Scott, was very professional, and did an outstanding job! My furnace was in a fairly tight location which made it a long day for the crew, they stayed and worked without breaks until it was up and running. Professionalism, and dedication to doing the job right. I am very happy with their work, and I highly recommend them to anyone.
