Our furnace waited until the coldest day of the year to quit and One Hour responded beautifully. Erik came out promptly and was very clear and direct in manner. He gave us a bid and bent over backwards to answer all of our many questions. The install team showed up, first thing this morning, and got busy. It helped that they were the lowest cost bidder – but they did amazing work and would be worth a premium if necessary for the next time. I couldn’t recommend working with Martin-Jetco more.
