Holtzople was excellent.  Everyone I came in contact with was extremely professional.  Brad, Matt, Jerimiah, Andre, Melissa, and Kelly were all a pleasure to work with.  The work was completed on time.  The staff worked as a team and built on the expertise of one another.  They were more than willing to answer questions and provide instruction on the use of the system.  I felt that they were there for me and not rushing out to another call.  The job site was cleaned after the work and looked better than when they arrived.  I highly recommend Holtzople for all of your cooling and heating needs.

Holtzople’s technician arrived promptly, donned his plastic booties and came into the house to check out my air conditioning system problem. He quickly found the bad part, replaced it and checked the refrigerant. After he was done, he explained the problem, showed me the faulty part and explained their charges. He was courteous and kind. We were in desperate need of someone to come out and check our unit. After returning home from our vacation, we walked in the house only to realize the it was 83° at 7 a.m. when the thermostat was set at 72°. With a 9 month old and 2 dogs, there was no way we could wait 2 weeks for someone to "fit us in". After contacting Kenny, he was able to come over early that afternoon and after 5 minutes he was able to diagnose our problem and fixed us right up! My home warranty sent me to them after having issues with a prior service company. And Sean G came out and took the time to explain the challenges with meeting expectations in a home warranty. After a few minutes he found the problem and showed me options and reasons to upgrade my system. Well i learned freon is being phased out and my warranty will be ordering and shipping and needed materials to xtreme heating and that would be very time consuming . Being its summer and i didnt want to wait I decided to upgrade threw xtreme. All i can say is WOW . They new system runs great !!!
