Thank you White Sands for going above and beyond to help repair my AC and coming back the following day when I had electrical issues. Scott and his team fixed my electrical problem in an effort to help me. The electrical issue turned out to be a bad GFI plug totally unrelated to anything they worked on. But Scott could tell not being able to get in and out of the garage was a big deal and sent someone to help. They are a great company to use with excellent customer service!!

AC went out and we called white sands as they are the company that installed it. They gave me a time they would be on site and they didn't disappoint. When the tech arrived he identified himself and the company, and immediately got to work. Ryan didn't miss a beat, had the system inspected and figured out the problem in no time. Took even less time for him to replace the part that went out and then he patiently waited in the heat to ensure all the readings came back correct. He even got the water hose and washed off the outside vents of the unit to ensure it was able to perform at full capacity. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and was able to answer all questions. This company will continue to have my business.

Wow! This is the best company around! Don't call anyone else! The amount of time and effort their technician put into fixing my furnace issues is remarkable and was incredibly well priced for the work they provided. They care about their customers and go above and beyond. Hobby was very polite and super helpful and resolved a furnace issue I've been having for months. He made sure we were taken care of. Two other companies failed to fix our problem and only provided temporary fixes and I paid more for that then I did for White Sands to correctly fix my issue. Don't call anyone else!

Team installed a new AC unit, both inside an out, everyone took the time to explain what they were doing an showed me how to use the equipment. I can not say enough about this company. The owner took fantastic care of my family when I was deployed and moved his schedule around to make them a priority because the A/C was out. 2 years later, I call and said my UV lamp said it needed to be replaced. That was $150 service call set up. The day prior to the work being done, the owner called and asked me if the lamp was actually out. Turns out it was not, it was just a system generated notice. He said, "I can come out and replace your lamp and charge you $150. but there is no need if it is still working" So many other companies would have just taken the work, charged me and not thought twice about it. Today, 2 years later the technician showed on time to replace my bulb. He opened everything up and then told me that it was still working, I must have just missed it before, and asked if I still wanted the work done. By now the bulb was 4 plus years old so I asked him to go ahead since he was here. Then he replaced, at no charge to me, the float switch with a better one than they had 4 years go. Then he made suggestions on the temp/humidity settings but I was in a meeting so didn't have time to listen well or mess with the thermostat. So he changed them for me.

They are great people who deliver great and honest work. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. They explained each step of their process, what they were looking for, and gave tips and advice for general maintenance. They were very concerned about minimizing any kind of a mess and making sure to clean all of it up. Very thoughtful individuals who know what they're doing and enjoy helping others. When everyone says they are 24 hour Emergeny repair, and yet only one company in 40 that I called actually come out on Sunday night at 10 pm. Needed instant repair due to an edlerly living in the house who is fighting for his life. They understood and showed up with 20 minutes of me calling them. I went thru the google list, called 40 companies, the two guys that showed up were great. They looked at both of my units, one I fixed prior to them getting here, but the other they added frion and went ahead purchased a new system with them. Whoever showed up was going to get my business. These guys went above and beyond, working overtime is one thing, but they were compassionate, would not leave until we cooled off a bit. 10 year warranty on new system and the coastal package....can't wait of the install. I'm impressed! I chose Advance Cool Air when I read positive customer comments on Thumbtack. I called last week and scheduled an appointment for this Monday. The technicians arrived on time and examined each of our 8 units, some on the roof, others in our dropped ceiling. They reported back to their home office and I received a fair and reasonable bid the same day. I clicked the acceptance button and they literally showed up the next day (Tuesday) to service the units. They completed 3 inside units and will complete the roof units tomorrow morning. The clarity and honesty of the lead tech, Richard, is appreciated so I feel confident they will complete the entire project while educating me on the status of our system. Then, we'll plan a routine schedule to see to it the system's are maintained.
