Dealing with a boiler or HVAC is everyone's worst nightmare but this is my third time with Saadeh of M and S. He takes all the anxiety and angst out of the situation. All three times it was an emergency or a holiday / last-minute and all three times he has come through. Super fast, honest and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about him and his company. On Demand Heating and Air came out to our house to clean both our furnace and air conditioning unit of our current home. They were On Time, honest, and their prices were well the under competition. We were so impressed with them that we had them do the inspection of our hvac in our soon to be new home. Again On Demand Heating and Air prices were well under the competition and they will be installing the new air conditioning unit on our new house. I encourage you to try them before you call the larger companies. Bigger doesn't always mean better!

Once my refrigerator Samsung stopped working. I tried to find on Yelp company who works with them.It was hard to find repairmen that can service Samsung refrigerator apparently. I called up at least 7-8 places who couldn't do Samsung and eventually found Fuse. Fortunately company works late and technician was able to come the same day. Adam did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator which was not cooling. I liked the quick response, efficiency, customer service, price and application of their visit/diagnostic fee to the repair. Great service.
