Kevin took the time to listen to our complaint/issue and did a thorough examination to discover the root cause. He then explained his plan to correct the problem, and professionally completed the plan. Every question we asked was thoroughly answered, and his knowledge of the HVAC components was very impressive. After completing the repair Kevin conducted a thorough test to demonstrate the repair was successful. After completing his invoice Kevin completely discussed his report to ensure I agreed with everything in his invoice. Kevin’s professionalism is outstanding. I would also like to say the addition of the REME unit recommended by Jonathan on the new install has made such a change in our air quality that my wife and granddaughter have commented on it.

We had an AC drain pan in the attic that was filling with condensate and overflowing. It wasn't an emergency, but I wanted it fixed before it became one.
